Degree in chemistry from the University of Alicante, developing his thesis ("carbonization & pyrolisis mechanisms of petroleum residues") in the Northern Carbon Research Center at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (UK, ). In the year 2010 passes to the position of Director of Gas Business International Development, with responsibilities in France, Chile, Colombia and Brazil; returning to the Technology three years later (January 2013) to the position currently occupied as Director of Technology, Refining, Marketing and LPG. Authored numerous international publications and several patents, in addition to having co-directed, and doing it so today, different PhDs. 4 Rubén Mohedano Rubén Mohedano (Madrid, Spain, 1972) got his PhD degree in January 2002 at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. His doctoral research was focused in Nonimaging Optics design, manufacturing and applications. This branch of optics is oriented to general lighting applications where maximum efficiency and other special features are needed (solar energy, smart lowconsumption lighting). He is currently the Managing Director of LPI-Europe, an intense R&D company leading the Nonimaging field that he joined by He has been involved in more than 40 applied-research projects since then, mostly in the Concentration Photovoltaics (CPV) and Illumination fields. He has led projects for various major Automotive and CPV companies: many of the systems developed are already available in the market. He is the author of one book, co-author of six books chapters, more than 10 patents, 11 papers and several congress publications. Since September 2014, Fundación Repsol, Fondo de Emprendedores is supporting LPI in the demonstration of an ultra-high efficiency solar panel.

5 Jonathan Hurtado Jonathan Hurtado (Madrid, Spain, 1992), is a Telecoms Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He started his career in Wayra Madrid at 2012, the Telefonica s startups accelerator, as a Talentum Startups intern, one of the most important internships program in Spain working for an American startup. After so, he decided to create his own social startup, HealthEye, which is the social network to connect people with the same rare disease. Thanks to this project he has won several awards from companies like Telefonica, he collaborated with Orange through his Chair in the ETSIT-UPM and then, even getting the first prize as the best social project granted by Fundación Mashumano. Actually, HealthEye has more than 400 users from different nationalities with the support of different associations in Spain and it appeared in diverse press such as Expansión, RTVE or Revista Emprendedores. This last year, Telefonica offered him to join a program made for predirectors of the company as a Talentum represent collaborating here the IESE Business School.
