Surround yourself with Independent Beauty Consultants who also are Star Consultants and achieve retail sales at high categories every quarter. You can learn from them and be inspired by them. To finish your quarter strong, Lisa Anne offers this advice: Hold as many skin care classes and facials as possible to be in front of the most people, and take care of your current customers. There are many occasions that are huge gift opportunities, so you may want to hold an open house as a way to reach out to new and existing customers. Having inventory is the final part of Lisa Anne s success equation. I have found that women tend to wait until the last minute to reorder, and I love to be able to say, No problem, I ll get that right to you. I believe having product available is another way I offer my customers great service.
