I m so excited to let you know that we select some brides each month that register with us to receive a complimentary, professional Bridal MAKEOVER and pamper appointment.and you are one of our lucky brides this month! Isn t that exciting?! (Let her answer) (Relationship build now.) * I see that your wedding date is, is that correct? How are you doing with your planning? * Are you stressed or relaxed? (visit with her for a fast minute building a relationship.) * What color are you wearing? White or ivory or something else? What are your colors for your wedding? (bridesmaids) Are you familiar with Mary Kay?. That is what we will be using at your Makeover and our winning brides have LOVED their special indulge pamper appointments! (If she IS familiar with the product and has a consultant, at this point refer her to her consultant for the Bridal Makeover Service!!!) Let me tell you what you ll get... I get to gift you with an exclusive bridal makeover for you and 5 friends of your choice...you are welcome to include your Mom,, other family members, bridesmaids, or just some girlfriends who might enjoy some girlfriend pamper time with you. We will do a skin care customized just for you and each of your guests, a microdermabrasion treatment which is typically about $100 to $150 at a spa and it s free for you and all your guests and we ll do a fun color look too...does that sound great? Bridal makeover appointments are held on Saturdays or during the week by appointment which is better for you? (If Saturday:) The next available Saturday we have is Saturday or (month/date). Would a or appointment work best for you? (book the first appointments full first give options accordingly) Great I ll send you an tonight (or tomorrow) with all the info. for you and a map with directions and we ll do a final confirmation of your guests the week of your

Call Monday before party to remind. Get guest list/count 2 days before the party. We set up for the exact number. Send Guest count to Tammy Nixon at so we can have the event center set up! We need Tues. and Thursday night RSVP s by NOON on that day. For Saturdays we need RSVP s by NOON on Fridays (critical as if we don t have any RSVP s by noon on Fridays, there may not be anyone there.) Be at the event center 45 min. early to set up trays, snacks, etc. Dress Professional! I love to start on time in order to be respectful of your time so if you could come around 1:00 PM, we ll match your foundation and do a fun satin lips and satin hands treatment before we begin. We will do customize skin care for you and your guests, a fabulous microdermabrasion treatment, and a fun color look too! You and each guest will also receive a goodie bag from me! I ve attached directions; feel free to call me if you have any questions. We have a fabulous Event Center where we ll do your pamper appointment and I ll have everything set up for you ahead. Make sure to take the directions with you as it s a NEW center and may not be in your GPS (it s easy... Take I-35 to the Memorial Rd. exit and then go north on the Frontage Rd. on the east side of I-35. We re right there by Metro Realty in the strip business complex. Park facing I- 35 and our door is purple and says Entrepreneurs Elite Event Center!) If you're on the Frontage Rd. by Carmax on the Broadway Ext., it's the wrong Frontage Rd... our Event center is on the E. I-35 Frontage Rd! The address is 3632 E. I-35 Frontage Rd. Your Next Steps: 1. To confirm your appointment and final guest count, just call or me back by Thursday, December 6th.Thanks! I need to know the names of those you will be bringing with you (just let me know if it changes) so I will be prepared and set up for you. I am putting together goodie bags for you and each of your guests so I need to know how many will be joining you. You can have 5 plus you!!! 4 2. You may bring 5 or more special guests (over the age of 18 and who do not already have a Mary Kay consultant) with you to your appointment. Your guests will, of course, also receive their own fun, fabulous makeover! This appointment focuses on great skin care as we all want pretty skin and the microdermabraision treatment which is a FAVORITE and fun color. We can do advanced color techniques in the future if you d like! 3. You will want to make sure that any guests you bring understand this is a BIG-GIRL DAY. We love children. However, the space, atmosphere, and location will not be conducive to their attendance. (They d be bored and it wouldn t be fun for you, lol!) Please advise guests of this in advance so they can get a sitter and come ready for their personal pamper time! If, for any reason, they have a sitter cancel at the last minute, we will be glad to reschedule them as they were an invited guest of yours! Then everyone can come prepared to enjoy grown-up Big Girl Only pampering time! 4. The pamper appointment is complimentary! However, if there are products that you fall in love with and want to take home... I will have them with me for you (and some fabulous specials too just for you all!!!!) We all love specials and fun! We take MC, Visa, Discover, cash and check so your guests can plan for anything they might fall in LOVE with and YOU get credit toward a gift certificate to use at your Advanced Color Mineral Makeover appointment based on what they all choose to get! It's really easy to find, just take I-35 to the Memorial Rd. exit. Get off on and we you get to the frontage road where you have to turn right or left (right off the exit) - go LEFT or north on the Frontage Rd. on the east side of I- 35. The Event center is on the right. We are right next to McCaleb Homes in the strip business center (they have a big red sign so you can see easily.) Our door is purple and says Entrepreneurs Elite Event Center on it. The address is 3632 E Frontage Rd. 5 What to Bring to the Appointment YOU! With A Smile on that Gorgeous Mary Kay Face looking sharp in your professional MK Attire! Skirts! Product, mirrors, supplies, etc Styrofoam bowl (8 oz.) per guest or similiar ones for water Color Cards and/or cream eye colors & lipgloss and cheek samples (Best to have both depending on what we do that day) 2 Wash cloths per person (At least 1 being an actual washcloth for microderm vs. the disposable ones) Closing Set Sheets for each guest~ use the ones from Tammy s NCT packet You Are Amazing Sheets for each guest Look book for each guest (Save the Closing sheets, You are Amazing sheets and Look books until we announce to pass them out.) Datebook, Sales Tickets, Money bag, Hostess & Team Building Packets Optional: Beauty Book at each place opened to page 7 (take out set insert.) Snack to share on Thursdays and Saturdays. (We have food on Tuesdays) One Door prize for each party ~ wrapped product or PCP gift. Can use a gift sack and tissue or tooling and ribbon, etc. Preparation: Come 45 min. early (1) Set up trays (2) Set out Snacks (3) Give product door prize to the director (1 per time slot that you have guests) Guest fill out profile cards while you match foundation Satin Lips/satin Hands Have color look entirely picked out before party begins if possible HAVE FUN!!!
