You get paid a $50 referral fee The following are guidelines that the office and you, the agent, must adhere to if you are the owner of a property you are personally selling(1-4 family residential only) : Loan Coordinator The following are the conditions for the sale of agent owned property : 1) Seller disclosure form signed by insured and acknowledged in writing prior to closing 2) Accredited home inspection report to issued or waived in writing by buyer prior to closing 3) State or local board-approved standard sales contract was utilized Don t see the Message Board?
