I have a showing for a $425,000 listing I have tomorrow. I have 2 more agents coming into my office as I have explained this new system to them and have present agents pretty excited too. I have a previous renter looking at homes to buy this Saturday. I had someone call about one of my listings and will probably just rent right now until she can get some credit issues taken care of and then buy. I had someone else call about helping them rent. Then are spending $2800 per month right now. I was just brought in on as a co-listing agent to a restaurant listing. I did my
5 first ad over the weekend, and got one text inquiry. Sounds kind of low but the listing agent has paid for a mailing list, addressed and postage for 400 postcard mailing, paid advertising on Biz, Buy, Sell, and has only received two calls. Her two months of work and countless hours of work, compared to my effort to post a photo on my page, she has only received one more call than my post! *OPEN HOUSE* Sunday 8/24 12:00-3:00 Unique Coop In New Rochelle - 2 story Town House style, 2Bed 2bth, Private outdoor space, Pet friendly, Directly opposite the Pool.
