4 I. Start with a BIG Mindset 1. What s your Big Why for doing 90 listings in 90 days? 2. How will your life be different when you achieve this? 3. Are you truly committed? 4

5 II. Set Your Goal BIG GOAL: listings in 90 days. Identify Benchmarks: Benchmark 1: listings in 30 days Prize: Benchmark 2: listings in 60 days Prize: Benchmark 3: listings in 90 days! Grand Prize: 5

6 III. Get Your Team and Supporters on Board 1. Create a motivational flier. Use the sample flier (on page 8) as a guide to create one that shows your goals and benchmarks. Print on colored paper and post all over your office. 2. Set expectations. Review your calendar. Block lead generation time for each day. It should be first thing in the morning, or any time you can commit to without interruption. 3. Hold a team meeting. If you are a single agent, include your lender, escrow officer and any other support people so they can help you! Present the plan to your team- bring enthusiasm. 6
