EGBERT SCHOOL RENOVATIONS Date: March 31, 2017 The following information supplements and/or supersedes the bid documents issued on MARCH 8, 2017 This Addendum forms part of the contract documents and is to be read, interpreted, and coordinated with all other parts. The cost of all contained herein is to be included in the contract sum. The following revisions supersede the information contained in the original drawings and specifications issued for the above-named project to the extent referenced and shall become part thereof. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting its number and date on the Tender Form. Failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification. Items: 1.0 ARCHITECTURAL 1. Clarification As indicated in Addendum #1, the CBE is supplying and installing the millwork. The solid surface counters, stainless steel counters, splash guards, and custom stainless pieces attached to the millwork is also being provided by the CBE. 2. Clarification Contractor is responsible to supply the under counter sinks, and associated hardware to attach the sinks to the solid surface counter tops. 3. Clarification CBE is providing the paper towel dispensers, and soap dispensers that match the CBE standard, and the contractor is responsible to install. 4. Clarification All items to install the cord reel in the ceiling are to be by the contractor, including the unistrut, all thread, hardware, and MDF panel. 5. Clarification Glass fibre reinforced plastic panels are not located in the project. 6. Clarification Building Permit drawings indicate a Phase 2 component for the Dust collector. This was indicated for the building permit only as the Development Permit was not yet released. It is expected that the Development Permit will be released prior to construction start, and all work indicated on the drawings is to be included in the scope and schedule. 7. Clarification All walls in the Industrial Arts are to remain as is. No painting scope is expected in this room. 8. Clarification Wall opening at the Servery coiling shutter is to be the full width of the existing wall and the new partition added as indicated in details 5 & 6 on sheet A Clarification Rolling over head shutter is to be based on Model 658 supplied by Overhead Door. Similar shutters from any manufacturer will be accepted providing it is equal to the base specification. 2.0 GENERAL 1. Refer to attached contractor sign in sheet from walkthrough. 3.0 MECHANICAL 1.
