The Architect is not taking on the responsibility of determining whether these supplemental instructions impact Contract Sum or Contract Time. Contractor is responsible for issuing supplemental instructions to all subcontractors and determining if changes require adjustment to Contract Sum or Contract Time. If adjustments are required, they shall be presented as a proposal request outlined within the Contract Documents.
2 DESCRIPTION: As a result of coordination and owner review, modifications have been made to the design documents. Modifications are noted on the drawings with a cloud and tagged with a delta 6. The following design documents have been modified and are included as part of ASI #2. The items listed below provide a summary of modifications and is intended for reference only. Drawing Related Changes: 1. A1.21 a. 13/A1.21 Enlarged Courtyard i. Location of trench drain for courtyard provided. 2. A2.02 a Dining i. Fireplace and mantle in Dining 1033 removed from scope. See also A7.02. ii. Location of casework along east wall of Dining 1033 adjusted to reflect removal of fireplace and mantle. See also A7.02. iii. Patient Care monitor location provided. See also A7.02, E3.02, & T A2.10 a. (6) Additional downspout locations indicated. 4. A7.01 a Spa i. Vanity light above mirror removed and replaced by wall sconce fixture on either side of mirror. See also E A7.02 b Dining i. Fireplace and mantle in Dining 1033 removed from scope. See also A2.02. ii. Location of casework along east wall of Dining 1033 adjusted to reflect removal of fireplace and mantle. See also A2.02 iii. Patient Care monitor location provided.
