1 Tuesday 6 th May 2014 To whom it may concern, I hereby confirm Antalis International is certified in compliance to the following standards for: Purchase, Warehousing, Sale and distribution of certified paper and boards 70% PEFC Certified under the PEFC Physical Separation System (annex 4, appendix 1) The Antalis Chain of Custody Certification is part of the Antalis International multisite chain of custody system and the sites in Great Britain are shown on pages 5 with the Republic of Ireland on page 3 of the SGS certificate in this document. This certificate is valid from13th August 2010 until 12 th August 2015 and remains valid subject to satisfactory surveillance audits. Recertification audit is due before 31 July 2015 Issue 1. 2 Direct and indent orders Direct and indent orders for PEFC certified products have slightly different paperwork to orders that are delivered from Antalis warehouse stock. With orders from Antalis warehouse stock, the invoice and delivery note are both from Antalis and share the same PEFC certification number. With direct and indent orders, the invoice sent to the customer is from Antalis but the delivery note is from the paper mill or supplier. At this point you will see that the PEFC certification number on the delivery note is different to the PEFC certificate note on the invoice. To link the two different certificate numbers together ask your sales contact to provide the Mill or supplier s PEFC certification number next to each product brand. Invoices & delivery notes - product claim index The product descriptions used on the Antalis invoice and delivery notes are restricted to 80 characters made up of two 40 character lines which is printed consecutively (1 line) on the invoice and 2 parallel 40 character lines on the delivery notes. Some product descriptions were simply too long so we have used an abbreviation (PEFC4) for each PEFC claim instead of the full PEFC claim to save character spaces. The index is printed on all invoices and delivery notes in full. The abbreviation is included in the individual product line. For example PEFC2 is used for 70% PEFC Certified. PEFC Certificate No. CH1 0/ PEFC1 = 100% PEFC Certified PEFC2 = 70% PEFC Certified PEFC Certification of existing products All of the brands listed in this document are stocked and sold by Antalis as PEFC certified. However, sometimes the supplier or paper Mill may gain PEFC certification for existing products and advertise these products as PEFC certified. But due to lead times and stock rotations, some of these products from Antalis warehouses may not be PEFC certified until the new stock arrives and the current stock is sold out. To be sure, please check the Antalis product description for the PEFC claim before ordering.
