2 Direct and indent orders Direct and indent orders for FSC certified products have slightly different paperwork to orders that are delivered from Antalis warehouse stock. With orders from Antaliss warehousee stock, the invoice i and delivery note are both from Antalis and share the same FSC certification number. With direct and indent orders, the invoice sent to the customer is from Antalis but b the delivery note may be from the paper mill or supplier. At this point you will seee that the FSC certification number on the delivery note is different to the FSC certificate note on the invoice. To T link the two different certificate numbers together ask your Antaliss sales contact to provide the Mill orr supplier s FSC certification number next to each product brand. Invoices & delivery notes - product claim index The product descriptions used on the Antaliss invoice and delivery notes are restricted to 80 characters made up of two 40 character lines which is printed consecutively (1 line) on the invoice and 2 parallel 40 character lines on the delivery notes. Some product descriptions are simply too long so we have used an approved abbreviation (FSC4) for each FSC claim instead of the full FSC claim to save character spaces. The index is printed on all invoices and delivery notes in full. The abbreviation (FSC4) is shown in the individual product description line. Product sold in countries may not be FSC certified, always check with the Antalis sales office in the respective country. For more information visit FSC Certification of existing products All of the brands listed in this document aree stocked and sold by Antalis as FSCC certified. However, sometimes the supplier or paper Mill may gain FSC certification for existing products and advertise these products as FSC certified. But due to lead times and stock rotations, somee of these products from Antalis warehouses may not be FSC certified until the new stock arrives and the current stock is sold out.
