ANDREA RICH Apollo Beach Office When Andrea Rich knocked on our door, we had no intention of letting CENTURY 21 list our house. However, Andrea won us over with her down to earth approach and sincere love of our home. From the beginning, Andrea was honest about being new to the business. At the time we were not confident that she would have the experience to sell on a higher end market. But Andrea proved us wrong. She was efficient, proactive and helpful throughout the time our house was listed. Furthermore, when the first buyer fell through, Andrea just pushed harder to find someone new. When we were hit by the hurricanes, Andrea and her husband came out in the storm to secure our home while we were out of town. And when Hurricane Frances was trying to prevent us from closing the next day, they were there again to help us clean up the damage and pack up the last of our things. Furthermore, we are not the only ones to commend Andrea on her efforts. Our neighbors commented on the tremendous job Andrea had done and the buyer s realtor told us that she wished all of the realtors she worked with were like Andrea. We will sincerely miss talking with Andrea now that our house is sold. I've had the pleasure of working with Andrea Rich on two occasions now and both have been top notch. She sold our property within days of listing which is amazing in today's market. She kept us well informed on all aspects of the selling and even spent the time to answer all my questions about the paperwork for the closing over the phone since we are now living out of town. Andrea is different, I see her as a friend now. Andrea made my dream come true. I always wanted a single family home. I had problems with Chase bank regarding my mortgage, Andrea came to rescue me, and refered myself to Homebanc. I was approved and now I own a home. I will always respect Andrea and will refer all my family and friends to her and I hope she attends my wedding.
