SouthEnd Home Improvement did not fall short. I was most satisfied with the professionalism and the quote itself. The pricing was reasonable - a fair market price. They went above and beyond! I would like to recognize Bob Hiner. Installation crew played loud music all day that upset my neighbors. Crew didn't seem to be supervised at all. Crew left shingles & nails all over the front yard. Installation looks OK - doesn't leak but installation schedule & follow-up on installation details was below par. Hi Mr. Abeyounis. I left you a message regarding your experience with us. Please give me a call back at your earliest convenience. Thank you Jose!!!! He was amazing. We would bring items to his attention that we noticed after hours but he was always already aware and had already made plans to resolve any issues. Early on there was miscommunication, but that was acknowledged and they went above and beyond to the end. I was most satisfied with the job being done beautifully and ahead of schedule, which pleased me more than anything. I would like to recognize Brad, he saw through that the job was done. He came out and matched the siding and knew immediately what he needed to choose us. They came in bee the deadline.4+ I was satisfied with the scheduling management and completed work. No one fell short of my expectations. You were all great. Brad Edit was exceptional.
