We met Rick from Peak at the home show and we liked them so much we just completed our renovations with Peak Improvements, and we were NOT sorry. It could have gone so wrong, given the stories you hear, but it turned out very well us, as we are thrilled... They did not fall short of our expectations in any way. In fact, in all areas they exceeded our expectations. There was open communication. We were given updates to the project and all our questions were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. We did not do our kitchen. That is a project a few years down the road. We will definitely have Peak Improvements do the work. We are completely satisfied with our Peak project. We were extremely impressed by Peak's contract negotiation process; everything is clearly laid out bee the work begins. Our designer - Gail Impsey - was extremely helpful. We recently (October 2017) completed a major renovation with Peak Improvements. We are delighted with the end product! Our 8-week project was completed on time and on budget. Primarily because of the staff. Each person I dealt with was professional and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. They made the whole process a pleasant one. Great Company to work with!
