2 Nov 29, 2018 I was most satisfied with the workmanship, and the actual awning itself is very nice. A competitor's awning quote was half the cost, but I did not know what their material was like. The presentation given by the salesman was very good. I could see what the awning was made of, and that was beneficial. The salesman did a good job. I was most satisfied with the quality of the craftsmanship. They did not fall short. They came out and put it up, I had a little problem with the motor, I called them up and they got a new motor and came and put it in. It's a very good company. I would be happy to take any phone calls to recommend them. I was most satisfied with the awning and the way they cut it. I had some health problems and couldn't do what I physically used to be able to do, so I paid them to do it me. They did the job very well and they built it strong. I couldn't have done it any darn better if I did it myself. I am very happy with them. Everyone was professional, people called me back, and they showed up when they said they would. They did the job and I allowed them to back up in my yard. I carried sodas out there them and they did a great job. They are just good people. I just love my awning and I am enjoying every minute of it! The price was a little high. It is good quality, though. Everything was pretty good. I am very pleased and the quality seems very good. Everything they talked about, they followed through on. Their service was great. They came back in an effective manner because they tried to put it as close to my house as possible. When they did it it was morning and in the late afternoon it was hitting my gutter. They were out the next afternoon to fix it and has worked great. The guys were really good... I think everyone should get one! It really saved my summer. I was very satisfied. I am glad that it is all done. Quality product I was most satisfied with the initial sales rep. Extremely professional. Highly recommend this company. The bosses son went out of his way to make me happy. He did a few things that he did not have to do and I was very happy with it. Regarding our sales person James, he was very professional and very knowledgeable of the awning and materials. We were most satisfied with the final look of the awning. When you're just looking at it, and you're so glad that you had it done. It makes such a difference, and it is so much cooler. You couldn't ask anybody better than ECCO Sunroom & Awning!
