These easy steps contain everything you need to place an order. STEP 1 CHOOSE LATEX OR FOIL Refer to page 3 for latex ordering information. Refer to pages 4 and 5 for foil ordering information. STEP 2 CHOOSE A BALLOON SIZE & COLOR STEP 3 CHOOSE AN INK COLOR Choose from our selection of free standard ink colors OR Custom colors can be blended for an additional charge (See below). Exact PMS color matches cannot be guaranteed. Custom ink blends are not kept in stock, so the ink blend charge is applicable for each reorder. Custom Ink Color Blend - $27.00 per color per run PMS Color Blend - $68.00 per color per run When the ink color is changed in a run: Ink Change Charge - $19 per color per run STEP 4 PREPARE YOUR ARTWORK OR TEXT Art should be provided in scalable EPS vector format. Files may be submitted to: graphics@balloons.com Please submit art in BLACK & WHITE format with NO halftones, and NO screens. If you are uncertain of the suitability of a design or image file, please feel free to submit the artwork. There is no charge for verifying that the art is usable. If complex changes or repairs are needed to correct the artwork you provide, we will contact you to quote additional artist charges. Don't have any artwork? We offer several fonts (See next column) to create your own message. Simply select a text style and let us know what you want to say. We will be happy to provide a digital proof for your approval. Costs for the printing plates appear in the pricing charts for all styles of prints. Plate charges do not apply for re-orders of the same print made within three years of the original date. All orders are subject to a 10% overrun or underrun and will be billed accordingly.
