6 Artwork and Image Files, and other Need-To-Know Details STAMPS WITH LOGOS OR ARTWORK For the best possible results, we accept black and white line art images. Artwork must be at least 300 dpi. Acceptable files:.pdf,.eps,.tif,.bmp,.cdr formats. Please be aware. Images pulled from websites are 72 dpi and will not reproduce clearly. We cannot use these images. SIGNATURE STAMPS Please provide the signature on plain white, unlined paper or note card, written in black ink. Signatures signed with a fine point black felt marker such as a Sharpie, tend to work best. For best results, signatures should be scanned 300 dpi or greater and ed. Signatures that are faxed may be noticeably bitmapped. TYPESETTING If font specifications are not provided, default is 12 pt Arial, Centered, All Caps. If ink color is not specified for self-inking and pre-inked stamps or refill pads, black will be provided. FULL COLOR NAMEBADGES Artwork provided in a jpg format can only be printed as is. If color match is necessary, please provide artwork in a vector file. Please be aware. Images pulled from websites are 72 dpi and will not reproduce clearly. We cannot use these images. SPECIAL PURPOSE INKS Please make us aware if you intend to stamp on glossy or non-absorbent surfaces so we can recommend the correct inks. PROOFS AND QUOTES Proofs, quotes and confirmations are generated and provided only when requested. The first proof and two revised proofs are provided at no charge. Any additional proofs will incur a $25.00 charge per proof. Please review proofs carefully to avoid any unnecessary charges.
