2 MATHES & OASTERS General Information January 1, 2019 GENERAL INFORMATION ORDERS Orders accepted via mail, fax or . Pricing, quantity, shipping instructions, and layout must be included. We are not responsible for errors due to unclear, illegible, or conflicting instructions. We only accept faxed orders that are exact re-orders or new orders that do not contain logos. Faxed artwork will not be accepted and orders will be held until appropriate art is received. Please do not send written confirmation of faxed or ed orders, as this risks duplication. REORDERS We retain art & copy on orders shipped within two years. To expedite reorders, please provide a sample of the previous order; indicate the invoice number and your previous purchase order number. Previous orders older than two years are treated as new, and must include all appropriate artwork. PAYMENT TERMS ash in advance or credit card for new customers, including freight, unless prior credit arrangements have been made. General credit terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. ash in advance orders are not placed into production until payment is received. Unfortunately, OD orders cannot be accepted due to the customized nature of each order. RUSH ORDERS Orders are normally shipped as quickly as possible. Rush orders are only accepted if production schedules allow and will incur a rush charge. PLAIN OVERS White and some colors are available at the stock 1-color price. DISTRIBUTOR ID Distributor ID (tagline) is required on matches and is provided as a free service. We cannot accept any claims for tagline errors. FREIGHT All orders are shipped FOB New Hampshire factory. House carriers are UPS, Yellow and Estes. Freight rates and handling charges are subject to change without notice. SAFETY WARNING All book match products will be imprinted with the following safety KEEP OVER/UNDER RUNS We attempt to ship every order exact, however, each order is subject to a +/-10% variance. ANELLATIONS We are unable to make no-charge copy changes more than 1 day after receipt of an order. Orders cancelled after production has begun will be billed at 75% of cost if printed and 100% of cost if assembled. USTOM OLOR INFORMATION PRODUTION TIME In general, orders are shipped approximately 20 working days after receipt of final approved proof. Actual production time is based on quantity, number of colors, and factory workload. SPLIT SHIPMENTS The minimum split shipment order is 10 cases per year and the minimum shipment is 5 cases. Any contract cancelled or not completed after 1 year is subject to cancellation charges. PROOFS A no charge color proof is provided with every new order. Because of the complexity and our attention to detail, please allow 3 working days in our studio for proof production. Proofs are color laser printed. Specified PMS colors are shown separately. Four color process artwork may print differently from the way it appears when created by the customer and colors are not guaranteed. Proofs are sent via US mail or . STOK OLOR INFORMATION PRODUTION TIME Normal production time for stock matches is 10 to 15 working days. Orders requesting a proof ship 10 to 15 working days from our receipt of the approved proof. PROOFS Black and white proofs can be supplied for a $20.00 charge. Proofs are sent 2 to 3 working days from receipt of artwork. Black and white proofs may be faxed but the supplier is not responsible for any production errors due to illegibility of faxed copy. Press proofs for digital printing are available for $50 per proof. ARTWORK Orders containing fine detail should be submitted as custom color for the best reproduction. Submit legible copy, clearly typed or printed. We take no responsibility for errors due to illegible, unclear, or conflicting instructions. Artwork submitted should be black and white line art. Laser printer or electronic output can be used if the DPI is 600 or better. Unless otherwise requested, all artwork and/or text will be sized to fit imprint area. OLORS olors may vary slightly from the illustrations in this catalog. We reserve the right to use either the imprint color or black as the inside print ink color. ASI PPAI
