By paying for this imprint order you (the distributor) acknowledges that the graphic(s), image(s) and/or logo(s) used are either public domain, owned by you, owned by a company or organization which you have authorization to use for this purpose, or that you have written permission from the graphic/image/logo owner. (BVE makes available a limited supply of copyright free images - ask). Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Valley Enterprises LLC against any/all claims for damages resulting from infringement of copyright, trademark, plagiarism, service mark or trade name. There are no returns or refunds for custom imprinted items. Each item is inspected at packing, so no item will leave our facility damaged. If we arrange shipping we will insure for full replacement value. If you or your client uses their account for shipping, they will determine what amount of insurance to apply. We ship via Fed Ex ground. Other shipping methods may be requested. We expect payment in full prior to production, unless other arrangements have been made. Payments made via credit card will incur a 3% transaction fee. Returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee. Shipments delivered to a NM address will be assessed CRS unless you issue us a valid NTTC. Proofs Prior to actual production a digital proof will be sent to distributor or client for final approval. We will not produce until the proof is acknowledged as accurate. Physical proofs may be necessary for particular clients, situations or large volume orders. Other Samples/proofs available for a $10 fee (unless item has a net cost above $10 - contact us). There may be differences between the web site and this catalog. We do our best to maintain accurate information on both platforms. If you come across a discrepancy we would appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we may promptly make the required edits. 4 Golf Balls & Sets Golf balls can be ordered as separate single units, or as a three pack matched set. Select either Wilson branded golf balls or plain white golf balls. Golf ball sets are packaged in a clear plastic box. 4

6 Poker Chips Clay composite poker chips come in a variety of colors. We stock the suited style poker chips (above left gm) and the diamond style poker chips (above right gm). Each is 40 mm in diameter with a 7/8 diameter imprint area available in the center area. Each chip, except for white, will have a white accent indent. White chips have a blue accent indent. We attempt to stock the colors which are most popular - white, black, yellow. Other colors will be in inventory however in much smaller volume. Fresh blank stock is normally in our hands in 5-7 business days. We can imprint on a variety of other chip styles, so long as the center imprint area is not counter-sunk more than 1 mm. If you have a visual of a chip style desired, please send to us and let research availability for you. Double side imprinting - second side may be different than side one (no additional charge). All chips ordered will have the same image(s), however you may mix & match colors. We have the ability to imprint using white ink, making black chips quite popular.
