We will not be responsible for carrier delays. All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested. PRODUCTION: - The standard delivery time from receipt of customer sketch and receipt of payment or institutional purchase order is approximately 5-6 weeks. SPLIT SHIPMENTS: - Standard shipping rates apply to each shipping address. CUSTOM DESIGNS: - We can produce custom stoles with your choice of symbols, colors and letters, subject to limitations. As each and every stole is individually crafted, some special designs, logos, etc. may not be hand-woven onto the stole. For confirmation, we ask that you contact us regarding such a custom design. Please note that color matching is not guaranteed. As each stole is individually crafted and unique, slight variations in color amongst stoles can occur.
