3 Hard Enamel Our highest quality enamel pin. Each pin is die struck, hand filled with enamel color and hard fired for a smooth jewelrylike finish. Authentic cloisonne, Pantone (PMS) and 4-color process colors are available. Colors can be outlined by metal or printed directly on the enamel surface. 3

4 Embossed Enamel A fantastic choice for a 3-dimensional look and feel. This style has the same thickness as our hard enamel pins at a slightly lower cost. Metal areas are raised and polished and the recessed areas are hand filled with color. A great way to add texture and dimension to your design! 4

5 Die Struck A favorite of ours! Our die struck pin gives any design a distinctive and tasteful look without the addition of color. Give your logo the sophisticated look of two tone metal. The recessed areas can be textured or antiqued for two distinct elegant pins. 5

6 Etched Enamel Our most economical enamel option. The etched enamel process allows us to reproduce fine lines and details. Your design is etched into the metal, filled with color, polished and covered with an epoxy dome for added lustre and durability. 6

7 Screen Printed Our screen printed process is ideal for those designs that have fine detail and color gradations. Each design is printed directly onto the metal and then covered with an epoxy dome for lustre and durability. If you have an intricate design that can t be modified or outlined with metal, screen printed pins are for you. 7

8 Fast Cast & Flash Photo Need pins fast? These styles can be produced in 5 10 business days. FAST CAST is similar to the embossed enamel, the metal edges are raised while the enamel fill is recessed. FLASH PHOTO offers a vibrant photographic image on a metal backing. High resolution artwork is required. If you need assistance with artwork please call and we will be happy to help. 8

Napkin drawings are gladly accepted! 3. Have a pin to duplicate? Please send it in a padded envelope or call or with size and description. We guarantee the highest quality at the lowest price. Art Requirements Camera-ready art is preferred in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS format. TIFF, JPEG or BMP gladly accepted. Do not have artwork? No problem. Let our in-house art department help turn your logo or idea into a great pin design at no additional charge. Attachments Pricing includes a standard military clutch or safety pin back.
