Contact us at info@socalgrad.com for details. Graduation Order Questions How many Announcements do I need? Announcements should be sent to everyone with whom you want to share your accomplishment. A good place to start is with your family, relatives, friends and neighbors. You might also include special teachers, coaches, your classmates and their families. The best way is to make a list of who you will be sharing your accomplishment with. The Graduation Packages are designed with small quantities of announcements so that it is easy for you to add extra announcements to give you just the right amount for your family. Should I use my formal name? We recommend that you use the graduates full legal name on the top of the order form, including middle name or initial. This will be used for the announcements, return address labels and all other personalized items. What if I miss Graduation Order Day at school? You can order online at via mail, or in our Anaheim Hills office. You may also a copy of your order to us at info@socalgrad.com. When will I receive my order? Tassels, Key Rings and Sling Bag will be delivered at the time the order is placed at school. If you order any of these items by mail or online, they will ship to your home in approximately 3 weeks. Graduation Frames will be shipped to your home in approximately 3 weeks. Cap & Gown and Diploma Plaques will be delivered at school approximately 1 week before graduation. All remaining items will be delivered at school in April. Class Ring Order Questions How do I order my Graduation Ring? Order your Class Ring on the graduation order date listed on the front of this brochure. as well as online at A $75.00 deposit is required, balance will be due at time of delivery. No interest payment plans are available. Order your Class Ring online at If ordering your ring online it must be paid in full. Your ring will be available for delivery in approximately 10 weeks. How do I know my Ring size? We will measure your finger when you place your order at school. If you are ordering online, come by our table on the date listed on the front page and we will measure your finger. Request a ring sizer, us at info@socalgrad.com, include your address and we will mail a sizer to you.
