The booking fee is 50, deducted from your package; and the session fee is anywhere from 25 on up. It depends on what package you choose and how long your session may take. Any additional people or pets in the portraits (beyond the free parent(s) / senior portrait) are also subject to a 25 session fee as well. -How much do I have to put down? All packages are required a 50% deposit to process your portraits. The balance must be paid when portraits are picked up. -Do you have the Cap/Gowns & Tassel? Yes, we have (14) of the most popular school colors in robes, hats, and tassels in stock year round! The tassels are always tricky, because that's what's makes your school unique! If you have doubts about if we have your colors in stock, please give us a call at the studio to make sure. The number is Are pets allowed in my seniors portraits? Absolutely...They are family too! Yes...just let us know in advance where you would like to be photograph for your senior portraits, and we are there! A travel fee is added to your package whenever we are on location. Any distance beyond 30 miles round trip will be 75 max. -How many outfits should I bring? Both guys and girls should bring at least 3-5 outfits. It's always better to have more than less to choose from. -What type of pictures should I expect to take & how long does it normally take? Whatever package you choose in the beginning of your session will determine how many poses you will take. We really want you to have the best choices for your Senior Portraits! Of course you will take your Cap and Gown Portraits; in addition you can choose from: Casual, School Spirit, Dressy, Winter or Fall Wear, Urban, Best-friend, Sweetheart and / or a Close-up Poses. If your doing (2) poses, it normally take about 30 minutes per session, and 30 minute to view your portraits. Anything sessions beyond 3

2 poses can be anywhere from 2 3 hrs. -Can I include anything I want in the picture? Absolutely! You can bring anything you want to include in your portraits; from your new car, best friend, or your favorite pet. Whatever you want to bring is up to you! -Do you have Honor Society Stoles and Honor Ropes? Yep! But again, if you have doubts, give us a call at the studio. -I heard I will receive a FREE Parent and Senior Portrait...is this true? Yes, you heard right! All senior packages beginning at the Bronze level on up will receive a free 8x10 cap and gown senior / parents portrait. This is our way of saying "Thank You" for your business"! All courtesy senior portraits are taken on a white background, so tell the family to come camera ready! -What is the turnaround on Portraits? Portraits are normally back in 5-7 business days during non-peak season, and up to 14 business days during peak season? Keep in mind, the studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. -Do you sell images on a CD? Yes! I know a lot of seniors want to post there portraits on Facebook and Twitter, so Senior Portrait CD's are available starting at 75 with copyright release. -Do you do Graduation Announcement? Yes we do! Grad Announcements start at 65 for (25) 4x8 portrait cards and envelops. The turnaround on Announcement Cards are (1) week. -Can my Senior Portraits be mailed to me? Yes...your portraits can be mailed to you via FedEx for a fee of 15. -Do you take credit cards? Yes, we take all major credit cards. -Is there a fee for portraits not being picked up on time? Yes. We will store your portraits for up to (2) week after your pick up date. After that, it is an additional 2 per day until you pick up your portraits. -What if I'm late or lost for my appointment? If you are late, you will receive a 15-minutes grace period. After your 15-minutes, there is a 25 late fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. Upon re-booking, 25 will be added to you portrait balance. -Do you do outdoor portraits? YES! So keep that special place in mind you would like to take your portraits!
