5 WHAT IS CREATIVE SESSIONS? YOU DREAM IT WE CREATE IT! FROM UNICORNS TO HOGWARTS MAGIC! CREATIVE SESSIONS START AT $599! 2 sessions (at least) Book both at your consultation. Photoshop No Outfit Limits One Sitting Fee (Price Determines Ideas) Make your deposit of $300 before your first session!

6 W H A T - T O - E X P E C T -Booking Your Session- Booking your session is as easy as You may call me at any time. (304) At least a $100 deposit is due the day you book. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule please Call at least 2 days prior. If you cancel last minute you will need to provide an additional fee of $30 ASAP to resume your session for a later date. I like to book 4 to 6 weeks ahead, BUT I may be available for SQUEEZE-IN dates. After your session is scheduled, a phone consultation will be set-up so we can discuss wardrobes, props, locations, and styles. This is important so I can make the best out of your session and experience. I am only as creative as you let me be, so please bring all your energy and laughs! Pinterest is a great place for ideas, but keep in mind, each photographer is different and so are you! Your cooperation in planning is also important! Please limit your guests to one. We love to meet people, but it can also be very distracting. Mothers, Fathers, Guardians remember we know you want your senior to smile, but please trust us. This is your Senior s year. We want to capture them in life. Senior photos are all about them! Remember the more you bring to your session (life, energy, personality) the more successful it will be!

7 -PAYMENTS- We do offer payment plans! If you choose to get a payment plan, you will need to fill out a form. Payments will be due every month. At least 75% is due prior to your session. Your will be required to book a session, and make a payment/pay in full. This way we can keep it on file, and send you an invoice for your session. You pay what you want when you want. We are budget friendly! We accept all major credit cards via invoice/studio. No checks please! Cash is also accepted. -CHANGE YOUR MIND?- No worries! If you want to UPGRADE your package, you can! After the first payment, you are liable to at (least) that amount for the package you chose prior. Only UPGRADES!

8 -LOCATIONS- We are in Calvin, WV (Studio). However, we do travel! Traveling Fees over 3 miles from our studio will be $0.80 cents per mile both ways. We have lots of outdoor locations at our studio! (Farm, Wooded areas, Train Caboose, Old Flatbed Truck, Dirt Roads, Big Fields, etc.!) Our Studio Set-ups change every season (4 months). However, around October-December our studio is VERY limited due to Christmas Portraits. 195 Little Beaver Rd. Calvin, WV Google Maps will take you there! (Google Whitney Church Photography). First building on left at Mid-Way Storage, Also beside WV Memorial Gardens. -DAY OF YOUR SESSION- Unless we made prior arrangements, we will meet at the studio. Please be on time and ready to go when you arrive. (Unless purchasing Hair/Makeup.) If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule. Bring your duffel of clothes inside so we can help you choose! Your session will last roughly hours. Please eat a light snack prior as well. You don t want to be bloated or starving! Also, if applying lipstick please wait until after you arrive with outfits! (we don t want it to fade or not match!) I suggest choosing only 4 outfits for your session. You may bring more so we have options!

9 -EDITING PROCESS- Your photos will be enhanced and uploaded within one day to 2 weeks. You will get a folder on how to find your photos on our website. You will also be scheduled the day of your session, for an ordering consult 1 to 3 weeks after your session. Your photos will be shown on our IPad Pro so you can hold and view your photos up close. Any Extras you purchase will be due for payment that day. Please look at our photo styles, before your session, so you know what to expect. Additional editing is available upon purchase. -DELIVERY- Your photos (8x10 and under) will be delivered via USPS 2 to 4 weeks after your full payment/ordering. If you need USPS mail with larger prints/specialty products, you will need to purchase extra shipping. Pick-up is on limited times. As most of the world is very busy, we understand if you cannot pick-up your images, however you will need to pre-sign the release that you are satisfied with your Images/Prints. (Not likely that you won t be) As we do our absolute best in everything we do.

10 -WHAT TO AVOID- Clothes you will never wear again. Spray Tans White Colored Contacts New hairstyles Freshly waxed eyebrows (Some causes irritation/bumps) Glitter, Sparkle Eyeshadows/Makeup Bright Lipstick/Makeup you rarely wear We want you to recognize yourself. Just be YOU, you ll be PERFECT!
