6 I N T H E P A C K A G E WHAT YOU GET: An initial Skype call & client questionnaire to help me understand your business & goals in more detail Squarespace set up & connection to your domain (if you have one - if not I can advise you) Customisation of your chosen Squarespace template to reflect your needs and branding Squarespace settings configuration for your needs Set up and design of up to your pages (eg, Home, About, Blog, Shop, Contact etc). *Dependant on your package. A FREE Terms & Conditions page with a basic privacy and cookie policy On-page search engine optimisation A guide & tutorial videos on how to manage your website yourself REVISIONS Initial Template Options: I'll show you 3 different template options based on your questionnaire, inspiration & needs, and a further 3 if necessary. Customisation: Once I've been through an initial round of setting up and customising, I will add you to the site so you can provide me with feedback. We can go through 3 rounds of revisions after that (1 revisions = 1 written form of feedback).

7 T H E P R O C E S S MEETING & CONTRACT Pre-project We can arrange a call or Skype meeting (or meet up in person if you're local!) to discuss your needs before we schedule in a project start date. To secure the date, I'll send you a contract to sign and an invoice for your deposit. CLIENT HOMEWORK Pre-project I'll send you a questionnaire to fill out with information about your business and preferences. At this point, I may also set up a Dropbox folder for the project and share this with you, so that you can add any imagery and text you'd like me to include in the website. I'll also need your domain provider logins at this point too. If you don't already have this in place, I can advise you on how to set these up. TEMPLATE & SET UP Day One to Two On the first day, I'll send you a choice of 3 different templates to install on your website. I will choose these based on your questionnaire and requirements. Once you've chosen one, I'll get your pages set up & customise!

8 T H E P R O C E S S CUSTOMISATION Day Three to Eight Once you've selected a theme, you probably won't hear from me for a few of days! I'll be setting up your website, getting the pages ready and customising. FEEDBACK & EDITING Day Eight to Fourteen After my first round of customisation, I'll give you access to come and have a look at what I've done so far. You'll then have the rest of the project time to provide me with feedback on what you feel still needs editing and tweaking. HANDOVER & GUIDES Day Fourteen On the last day, I'll set your website up ready to launch, and will send you an invoice for your final payment. Then, I'll hand over access to your website, along with a guide and video tutorials on how to maintain and add to your website yourself! From this point you will be able to launch the website yourself whenever you are ready.

9 P A Y M E N T I N F O DEPOSIT Before we set a project start date, I'll send you a contract to sign and an invoice for a 50% deposit. This is to secure our project date, and is non-refundable if you choose to cancel the project before or after we start. This is also the same for if you need to postpone the project for any reason. FINAL PAYMENT At the end of the project, I will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of the payment before I transfer ownership of the website to you. EXTRAS Should you require any further revisions that aren't included in the package, I can provide these at a fee of 30 per hour. Please note you will need to pay for your own domain, and for Squarespace hosting (either monthly or annually). My clients receive 20% off annual Squarespace plans. HOW TO PAY You will receive invoices from me by , with details on how to pay via online banking at the bottom of the invoice. I can send invoices via Paypal on request if preferred, but I will add an extra 20 to the total project fee for this.
