1 Custom Price List All that is needed to produce a custom ornament is your logo, photograph, sketch or other artwork showing the desired design. We will be happy to work with you to develop design ideas. Charges apply for artwork taking more than one hour at per hour. Art File Formats: Macintosh Adobe Illustrator EPS file, Adobe Photoshop TIFF. Standard Packaging: s are packed in attractive gift boxes (shown above) at no additional charge and shipped 50 pieces per carton. Charges will be billed to your major credit card for credit card orders. Orders paid by check will be billed Net 10 days for shipping. Service Charges: Service charges for shipping balances are billed at 1½% per month on over due accounts. Past due charges may suspend credit sales. Over/Under Runs: Custom ornaments are subject to 5%-10% over or under run. Over runs are shipped to you at no charge. If you experience under run, you will be credited for the shortage. 7 Art Design & Wording Along with completed order form, you may sketch a rough layout of your desired design. Include an additional sheet of paper if necessary. Please send us your logo, sketch, photographs or other artwork. The artwork you submit does not have to be made to fit the ornament. We are sorry, but photocopies of art cannot be used.
