Production of enamel signs requires profound expertise and foresight. The range of ceramic paints is limited and some paints cannot be baked together. It is very important to carefully select individual ceramic colour pigments for each motif regarding their availability and their compatibility when baked. Despites all this, the result is never sure before the sign leaves the furnace. 4 Formats, contours and embossing We will carry out all your ideas. We produce porcelain enamel signs of particular shapes and contours and achieve the desired 3D effect by stamping the metal. As a standard, we produce all embossing and cutting tools ourselves; it is a part of our know-how. We ensure the resistance of metal against deformation in heat treatment by squaring (see Sion picture), cambering or stamping the metal sign. If the suspension perforations impaired the final artistic image too much, it is possible to attach hidden suspension devices to the back of the sign. In order to ensure safe and easy assembly, we also provide wall-mounted cross brackets (see picture on the last page). 6 Embossing, contours and metallic effects We apply the motif by offset printing on tin metal with the thickness of 0.5 mm. The 3D plastic effect that we obtain, similarly to our porcelain enamel signs by cambering and precise stamping in several layers, is particularly eye-catching. With us, you are not restricted to standard shapes. As well as rectangular formats of any size, we also process individual shapes with cut-out contours. Combining the chalkboard surface with graphical motifs stamped into several layers will provide a typical and very attractive look to these advertising boards. Chalkboard layer is available in almost all colour shades. So that we can prepare a preliminary quote for you, we just need the total number of pieces and the board dimensions.
