3 Optional Finishing Artwork Preparation Spot UV Artwork Preparation. Spot UV artwork must prepared in 00% Process Black color (C=0, M=0, Y=0, K=00).. Spot UV artwork must be accurately aligned with the offset printing artwork.. Spot UV artwork must be.0mm away from the die-cutting and creasing line to avoid the Spot UV from cracking after being folded (the width is about.0mm).. Spot UV artwork is not allowed at gluing area.. Spot UV artwork is only applicable when Matte Lamination is applied. 6.Spot UV artwork must not overlap with Hot Stamping and Embossing artwork. 7. Vital elements (text, images, logo, etc) must be kept within the Safe Zone. 8. The image to be applied with Spot UV varnish can be a vector graphic, text, shape, solid colour blocks or picture. 9. Spot UV artwork must not be converted from JPEG file format. Font size CANNOT be LESS than points (based on Arial font type size). Small logos which contain wording, the font size CANNOT be LESS than points. Do not use font types with sharp edges. Line thickness CANNOT be LESS than 0. points. Gap between two lines CANNOT be LESS than mm. Hot Stamping Artwork Preparation. Hot Stamping standard colours are only Pantone 87C (Gold) and Pantone 877C (Silver).. Hot Stamping artwork MUST be prepared in Pantone 87C (Gold) or Pantone 877C (Silver).. Hot Stamping artwork MUST NOT overlap with Spot UV artwork.. everse Hot Stamping is not allowed. Font size CANNOT be LESS than 7.0 points (based on the size of Arial font). Bold fonts might result coarse and unreadable words. Line thickness CANNOT be LESS than 0. points Embossing Artwork Preparation. Embossing artwork must prepared in 00% Process Cyan colour(c=00, M=0, Y=0, K=0).. Embossing artwork MUST NOT overlap with Spot UV artwork. Font size is CANNOT be LESS than 8.0 points (based on Arial font type size).
