2 Printed Ribbon A Guide To Printing On Tiny Box Ribbon Printed Acetate Satin Ribbon We can print a single or two colour print on to our Acetate Satin ribbon and a single colour print on to Grosgrain ribbon. The minimum order is 600 metres per width and artwork design. Our widths range from; 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm, 24mm, 36mm 10 mm 12 mm 15 mm 19 mm 24 mm Colours to choose from... We foil print on to our acetate satin ribbon, this uses a metal plate to heat transfer the print design from a foil film to the ribbon. This is a high quality print that shows the image beautifully. A laser engraved print roller is used to produce this effect. 4 Your Logo / Artwork Our File Requirements For Print For best printing results we require your logo in a vector format. This will ideally be an Adobe Illustrator file with the file type of.ai,.eps or.pdf. All files need to be supplied at a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher. Files provided in any other format will require our Art Department to make changes and could incur a minimum charge of 20 + VAT. Please note that images and jpeg files saved as an.eps or.pdf are not vector files and are not accepted. If you need your logo re-created our Art Department charge a rate of 20 + VAT per 30 minutes needed to rectify any issues. All files we re-work will be sent back to you in vector format for your future use. VECTOR PIXELS File Format Vector vs. Pixels To see if your file is in the correct format, zoom into your file at over 2000%. You should see nice sharp crisp lines if a vector file. If the file is not in vector format you will see fuzzy, distorted and even discoloured lines around the edges of the file. We need vector files with nice sharp lines and edges to create a high quality print on the ribbon. Fonts Please ensure all fonts are outlines to avoid changes from computer to computer. Alternatively please attach any fonts with your logo, we will not use any of your fonts commercially, only for your logo. Custom Logo Designs At Tiny Box Company we can help you design a logo, we are happy to help. Logo design work will cost a minimum of 20 + VAT, we will supply you with all logo files for future use. Colour Options Please specify what colour foil you would like your logo to be printed, we cannot match Pantone, CMYK or RGB references. We have a wide ranges of foil colours so we can get a close match, however it will not be an exact match.
