Do not protect your file with a password. All ads must be sent in portrait format, sized at 100%, with no rotations applied, single page format. One page per file. Your ad must be at the exact size of the magazine + add 10 mm edge beyonf the trim size ( for bleed margin + for trimming marks.) The trim size of your ad (refer to schema page 4) There must be a space of 3 to in between the edge and the images within the ad. The cutting marks must match the bleed margin and be in black tracking. Text and iages must be positioned no nearer than 10 mm from the trim edge. Double pages : Double pages must be sent as 2 separate pages, identified as left and right pages. You have critical crossover texts in the middle of the double page : minimum clearance is 7 mm at either side of the spine and must be in addition to any word or letter space already present. You have critical crossover image in the middle of the double page : The visuals are your responsibility. If identical to the magazine sizes : : + 4 mm of trim in : foot and beard + 4 mm back Attention, the texts and sensitive parts of image must be indented 7 mm. Sample gluing: The gluing of samples can be done only on an upper side excluding a gluing area of 30 mm all around the page tolerance zone : 1 in both directions (top/down, left/right) and in 2 diagonals Don t show crop marks or technical rules on files of the page for printing. Weight, sizes form of sample, the nature of the welds, the nature of the content being subjected to specific constraints, it is imperative to : Provide in a timely manner the test samples (50 minimum copies) as well as 3 models of placement with exact positionning of the sample, so to approve the technical feasibility according to industrial requirements of our various binders. The pallet as well as the total number of inserts or samples delivered (Specify whether retouching or different models, large or small sizes for example).
