2 Print On Demand Rate Card This rate card is a snapshot of the most commonly requested services. While it covers most items we offer, the Print On Demand service has many more capabilities. Acceptable File Types Having your files in the right format and size is the key to getting the best results as quickly as possible. FILE TYPES: Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf) Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) Tagged Image File (.tif or.tiff) Tips Documents need to match the page size you are wanting printed. Banners / Signs need to be a PDF and no less than 50% 200 d.p.i. or higher. If you are working in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign) we require that you save your final design as a PDF, rather than the native.ai,.psd, or.indd file. Microsoft Office allows you to "Save As" a PDF; we recommend this over submitting native Office files.

We offer a gloss finish for 80-pound text that really makes the colors pop off the page. It is typically used for product booklets and brochures or content pages inside a customer facing document. Cover Stock Paper: Commonly referred to as cardstock, cover stock paper is thick and stiff. It is frequently used for business cards, invitations, postcards, binder spines, rack cards, report covers and so on. We offer a gloss finished 80-pound stock that is primarily used for document covers and small posters. * 24# 8.5 x 11 Text is only available with a perforated edge on the 11 side. All paper used by Print On Demand are responsibly produced and certified by: 12 x 18 and 13 x 19 media are used to achieve full-bleed color to the edge of the page. Once printed, the sheets are trimmed to size before binding or finishing.

5 Binding Guide Cost, appearance and lifespan are all a consideration when it comes to binding. Binding Styles 3-Ring Binders The most familiar of binding types, it's the most expensive in most instances. From 1" - 4" we offer white binders with angled D-rings (see illustration) that have exterior pockets for front and back covers as well as spines. Binders also have shallow pockets inside the cover. Suggested Uses: Legacy documents (long shelf life) and documents that may need updated often. Saddle Stitching The most common and economical binding method. Created by punching wire through the document s outside spine, then bending the wire flat on the inside center fold to grip all the pages. It may provide a similar look, but is not the same as stapling. Suggested Uses: Brochures, catalogs, calendars and instruction manuals. Spiral Bound or Coil Bound Utilizes a smooth round coil to hold pages together. Allows book to lie flat when open or pages can be turned all the way around to the back if desired. The coil is threaded through punched holes and then ends are crimped to prevent wire slipping off. Spirals or coils are available in black as standard but custom colors are available for a moderate upcharge. Suggested Uses: Training Materials, proposals, presentations and any time table space is at a minimum. Perfect Bound Pages have their spines trimmed off and roughed up to improve bonding with glue. All sections are collated and glued to its wrap-around cover. Cover is always scored on back and front, for ease of opening and less stress on spine. Suggested Uses: Catalogs, notepads and long-term-use documents.

Can be die-cut to nearly any shape and used on walls as well as floors (including carpet). 50/50 Window Decal: 50% see-through coverage ideal for exterior windows. Drawing Plots: Printed on 20# stock, you can now order large format drawings in both black and white as well as full-color. The media options above are always in-stock.
