8 DIE MANUFACTURING HALL In our die production hall; all kinds of forming, deep drawing, blanking, progressive dies are produced by CAD/CAM programme and CNC Milling Machines. We have also have capability of producing assembly and control fixtures.

17 STAMPING HALL We are able to form sheets and coils in various sizes by hydraulic, mechanical presses by using feeding unit. There exists presses powered from 60 tones up to 800 tones having table sizes up to 1500X2800 max. h=1350 min h=500 mm. in our production line.

19 CNC BENDING HALL We are able to form blanked sheets up to 3 m. width without die production by using 3 CNC Bending Machines.

20 CNC LASER & PUNCH BLANKING HALL We are able to perform blanking operations without die production up to 20 mm thickness for all kinds of raw materials, by using 0,5 units of 3000W CNC Laser Blanking machine.

21 WELDING ASSEMBLY LINE Welded assembly parts for OEM customers are being produced in our welding shop by using synergistic welding machineries and TIG, MIG, MAG,Stainless and Aluminum welding technologies. We are also capable for hardware welding and producing welded assemblies by using spot welding and flexible welding machineries.

22 ROLL FORMING - STRETCH BENDING BUMESH TECHNICS has an engineering department with years of experience on Roll form & stretch bending. BUMESH TECHNICS is working on the roll forming and stretch bending with an expert staff make the designing, prototype production, verification, analyze and serial production. With our expert employees and partner company, all required software and hardware equipment, BUMESH TECHNICS is able to provide -manufacturing the regarding product at the very first production without any inconvenience.

23 DESIGNING OFFICE Our design office is responsible from die & fixture designs and their technical drawings and creating surfaces for 3-D dimensional measurements. 3-D Catia V5 is used to design those production equipment.

ZİYU CHECKING FIXTURES BUMESH TECHNICS has an Project management Office in Donguang City China. Checking fixture projects are carried out by BUMESH TECHNICS Project Responsible Officers permanently living in China.

26 QUALITY LABORATUVARY Our quality control laboratory is able to perform quality tests after electroplating, painting and heat treatment, also have capability of making micro analysis tests. 3-D measurements of produced parts is carried out in our CMM equipment.

27 PRODUCTION PLANNING PRODUCT STOCK MATERIAL General production planning activities and applications for customer programs, sales targets and optimal using of the production capacity are realized using the DINAMO software system. By using this data processing system, all working cycles from the raw materials to the finished product is followed and planned. PROCESS

28 METHOD APQP planning is performed at the beginning of quotation for the parts which will be produced and the PPAP files are created according to project planning.
