1 MOTOR JIKOV Fostron The company is a partner dealing with complex specific requirements of customers from the automotive and other industrial sectors. We focus on developing, designing and producing moulds, tools, devices, singlepurpose machines and automated production lines.

2 COMPANY PROFILE. MOTOR JIKOV Fostron was established in 1996 from the Tools, Machines and Equipment Plant of MOTOR JIKOV, a joint stock company, based on an overall modification of the parent company s organisation structure consisting of, among other things, the establishment of individual companies with a legal identity. It follows almost forty years of a successful tradition of producing tools, devices and single-purpose machines. The company employs about one hundred qualified employees who use modern technical means for their work. In the field of design, we use CAD/CAM 3D stations operating in the NX 7.5 system. Modern machines for HSC and EDM machining are used in the production field. Tool assembly is supported by the Reis spotting press. The Zeiss 3D measuring equipment is used to check tools and for sampling parts.

13 TOOL SHOP Development and production Our production program is focused on single as well as multi cavity moulds for producing castings made of aluminium or zinc alloys and trimming tools. We process our own technical 3D documentation for producing moulds, including filling process simulation. 18 SINGLE- PURPOSE MACHINES Assembly equipment From simple equipment with manual handling up to assembly lines with automatic fitting of parts by handling devices or industrial robots. The equipment usually provides common operations such as component handling, assembly, screwing, pressing, riveting, lubrication, gluing, welding and marking parts Main line of business: the production of single-purpose machines and fixtures Application (suitable for large series of e.g. 500,000 Pcs/year) Machining centres Individual or as a part of lines for machining castings, forgings or other semiproducts, complete with the following technological operations: drilling, turning, threading, milling, checking for the presence of holes and tool compatibility

It is possible to test parameters such as torque, leakage, functionality, durability of the product, electrical parameters of the product; or to measure output parameters Main line of business: the production of single-purpose machines and fixtures Application (suitable for large series of e.g. 500,000 Pcs/year) Machining fixtures For mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic clamping and definite positioning of the part to be machined using machining centres. Clamping can be mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic based on forging series or customer requirement.
