3 MEP towards INDUSTRY 4.0 We have launched an investment plan aimed to the business development according to the industry 4.0 principles. A 3D laser cutting and welding machine TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040 has been added to the machine fleet. In this regard, the CEO Passaretti says: We are consolidating the company s digitization process. We believe that smart manufacturing and the Internet of Things are the key to meeting today s flexibility, quality, and productivity needs. We have introduced a new three-dimensional laser cutting and welding machine and we are investing in a 4.0 perspective. We are purchasing new machinery and new computer systems to give our customers a high-level service. Thanks to the use of Solidworks CAD and Esprit CAM softwares, the company offers services of design and prototyping, creating customized products according to customer specifications. Certifications The company is ISO 9001: 2015 certified and adopts organizational model 231/2001. A long tradition Our long tradition began in the company founded in 1984 by Vito Passaretti. We are proud of a valuable long experience in the assembly in series of electromechanical components and sheet metal working for leading companies in the home appliances and furniture industry. 4 3D laser cutting and welding Our new 3D laser cutting and welding system TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040 is an advanced system for sheet metal processing. We make 3D cutting and 3D welding of deep-drawn and stamped sheet metal, tubes and profiles. Thanks to the high versatility of the machine, it is possible to make laser cutting and welding, with or without deposit material, of two or more different parts. Laser welding is a state-of-the-art method that guarantees quality and accuracy of welds. The laser welding is able to weld very thin sheets, less than 1mm thickness, with excellent quality and aesthetics. Thanks to the 4000 W fiber laser source, we can process steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, aluminium and other materials. MECHANICAL MACHINING

5 3D laser cutting and welding - Applications The laser processing of three-dimensional components, by laser welding, allows us to design and obtain new geometries that can not be obtained with different machining operations. It allows manufacturing components by saving material and getting weight reductions. Laser welding avoids distortion of the component, an important factor in metal welding of solid geometry, and more so in welding sheet metal. Compared to traditional processes, with laser welding we obtain aesthetically superior quality, getting obsolete the work of cleaning and finishing of welding. Cutting deep-drawn components: With the TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040, we can make the trimming and the openings of deep-drawn components. Often the processing with traditional punching tools is too expensive. With the TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040, we can cut all the required contours in a short time, thus reducing production costs. Automotive industry: The laser cutting and welding 3D with the TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040 is used in the automotive industry to process deep-drawn components made of steel or galvanized steel or other metals. With TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040, we can cut galvanized steel sheets quickly and to the highest quality level. In addition, the machine allows us to respond optimally to changes and to adapt the component accordingly. This increases flexibility, a particularly important element for prototype production and preproduction. Precise and fast die cast laser cutting: Compared to traditional processes such as milling, our 3D laser cutting TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040 is a valuable cost-effective alternative for these components (for example die-cast aluminium). 7 Sheet Metal Stamping We produce in series sheet metal stamped components and objects. Our stamping lines have a maximum capacity of 320 tons and a maximum working table of 2130 x 1370 mm. We make the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the dies. We also make the assembly of the metal stamped components inside assemblies with electrical and electromechanical elements, delivering the complete product to the customer. 2D Laser Cutting We have TRUMPF CO2 laser cutting systems to process stainless steel, steel and aluminium sheet metal, with automatic sheet metal loading system. Our laser cutting allows us to achieve perfect quality, even with the thinnest contours, getting edges without any burrs. With the laser cutting, we make contours of any geometry, assisting the customer in the design of the workpiece. We make unique pieces, small and large production lots. MECHANICAL MACHINING

8 Bending We have TRUMPF CNC bending systems with electronic control of the bend angle. The flexibility of our systems allows us to bend profiles of varying length or thickness and objects of high complexity. The versatility of our systems allows the production of small lots with high standards of accuracy. Our wide range of tools allows us to obtain different bending radius and seams. We produce components of varying size and thickness, on which we assemble electrical and or electronic components of different types. Punching We have TRUMPF automatic punching systems for flexible machining of a wide range of sheet metal products. In addition to punching, our machines offer the possibility of making deformations or threads. We guarantee a flexible production with tools suitable for various applications, for example for making brackets, rectangular or round cups, roller folding, ribs, threads, countersinks and other types of sheet metal deformation. 9 Bars and profiles We perform the machining of bars and profiles to manufacture furniture structures and carpentries made of bars and bent tube. Welding and finishing steel and stainless steel We specialized in TIG and MIG welding of all kinds of steels. We make sheet metal compositions and welded structures. We perform the finishing, smoothing and polishing of metals, making products of aesthetic value. Turning process We have CNC turning systems with on-board CAM. We make turning operations for third parties and furnishing components. We program the machines using the CAM Esprit software, guaranteeing flexibility and quality of the product. We perform assembly of the turned components into our products. Milling process We have CNC milling machines. We perform the machine programming using the CAM Esprit software. 10 Painting We deliver our products painted in a wide range of colours, on customer request. Cad 3D Thanks to our 3D design software Solidworks and Teamdesign we develop product design and implementation. Cam 3D The programming of the machines is carried out by the technical department through software. For TRUMPF machines we use the dedicated TruTops software. For milling machines, we rely on Esprit software. Measurement With our Mitutoyo Crysta Plus M D coordinate measuring machine we certify the dimensional quality of our products. We offer Quality Check services by issuing documentation that certifies the measurement of the product. MECHANICAL MACHINING
