4 Our History Established in 1984 by Mr.Mustafa YÜKSEL, is an industrial private company owned and runned by YÜKSEL family 1986 was the year which the company started serial production of turned parts in ESKİŞEHİR for big industrial groups in TURKEY In 1986 TÜRK FIAT TRAKTÖR A.Ş (The leading Tractor producer in TURKEY) and DEMİRDÖKÜM A.Ş (One of the leading heating group of TURKEY) companies contracted a serial production business with the company In 1988 business with ARÇELİK A.Ş (The leading white goods company in TURKEY) was started In 1991 the company moved to its new building of 1000 m2 In 1992 the production capacity for DEMİRDÖKÜM A.Ş reached as parts / day with JIT system In 1992 the company was one of the biggest suppliers of TÜRK TRACTOR FIAT and DEMİRDÖKÜM companies based on the annual production value In 1992 first CNC lathe was added to our machine park In 2000 the company moved its new place of m2 open and m2 closed production plant in Industrial Area of ESKİŞEHİR In 2002 the company became a supplier of ROBERT BOSCH A.Ş in MANİSA /TURKEY In 2003 the company was certified according to ISO 9001:2000 quality of certificate In 2004 the company become a certified supplier of FORD OTOMOTİV A.Ş in TURKEY with serial production turned parts In 2005 the company also was certified according to TS 16949:2002 quality of certificate In 2006 the company was certified according to ISO 14001:2004 environmental quality of certificate At the end of the year 2006 our company was awarded with Q1 Quality Award by Ford Global Motor Company for Automotive Industry In 2006 our company became a certified suppllier of DELPHI DIESEL SYSTEMS Izmir Plant / TURKEY At the end of the year 2006 global supplier cooperate agreement signed between BBT Group and our company In 2009 a corporate agreement was signed with KARSAN A.Ş. (Peugeot Commercial Vehicles) Since 2005 our company started to export turned parts to Germany, France, England for BOSCH Thermotechnic and to Brasil for New Holland We have over 450 different parts in our product portfolio fort he year

Core Business Our company has been dealing with machining processes for almost 30 years of time. We produce turned parts with serial production with CNC Lathes with bar feeders.

5 Core Business Our company has been dealing with machining processes for almost 30 years of time. We produce turned parts with serial production with CNC Lathes with bar feeders. Our CNC Lathes are capable of turn from bar work up to 42mm diameter (5mm to 42mm ) We also can use our lathes as a conventional CNC lathe for bigger parts both in diameter and length as well. Our Mori-Seiki machines are capable of turn up to 400 mm diameter whereas they can turn up to 300 mm in length. C-axis machines also available in the machine park to machine even complex parts requiring extra drilling and milling opeations. We do have also 2 heads-2 turrets C-axis CNC Lathe for even more complex parts for backwork and precise dimensions with Y-axes lathes Also with single spindle index automatics,milling machines and revolver type automatics we produce flexible parts with high volumes. With our machine park we reach the tolerances of ± (8 microns) in our parts in diameter. 4

7 Organization Profile & Core Tools For the time being we have 46 employees. 4 of them are engineers.(both mechanical and industrial) We have 3 mechanical technicians who are responsible for incoming quality control, final control and process control. Our employees have been chosen according to the experience in this field, they are all specialized in machining and turning processes. Also we periodically arrange technical tranings, on-the-job tranings, quality systems tranings and environmental&safety tranings for our employees. FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, GLOBAL 8D, POKA-YOKE,5S and LEAN PRODUCTION techniques have effectively been used in our company according to Q1 and customer specific requirements. 6

Raw Material Suppliers Our company allways uses the finest quality steel and brass bars available in the market for production. We use materials with inspection certificates according to EN :2008 class 3 for surface quality.
