A large volume of common sizes and materials is in stock as well as raw material grades to produce non-standard gaskets. Products include standard and specialty ring joint gaskets, spiral wound gaskets, non-metallic gaskets and specialty seals. With an extensive inventory of raw materials and full-line machine shop capabilities, Dan-Loc Group is fully capable and ready to produce any standard or special product requirements. We are equipped for heat treating to ASTM requirements and can provide a variety of platings and coatings to meet industry standard or customer design specifications. 5 PRECISION MACHINING Dan-Loc Group specializes in the machining of complex parts for the global oil & gas industry. Dan-Loc Group s machinists are highly experienced in machining a variety of materials with an emphasis on Inconel, Monel, Super Duplex, Heat & Creep resistant steels and other exotic materials as well as the more basic Low Alloy Steels and Corrosion Resistant Alloys. Parts can be produced from various sections such as flat bar, square bar, angled bar, hexagon bar and round bar up to 24.5 inches (620 mm) diameter in varying lengths. Turned Parts Dan-Loc Group operates over 30 CNC lathes, many with live tooling to produce parts with close tolerances and can accommodate up to 24.5 inches (620 mm) in diameter and 80 inches (2030 mm) in length. Dan-Loc Group's machinists are experienced in manufacturing specialty and complex parts for the energy industry. Dan-Loc Group also has an in-house quality assurance lab with CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines to verify profiles and dimensions. Milled Parts Dan-Loc Group has 4-axis milling capability and the expertise to produce specialty machined components. Our staff has the experience and capabilities to perform complex profile milling on difficult to machine materials ranging from high carbon steel to all grades of stainless steel and exotics. EDM (Wire and Spark Erosion) Electrical Discharge Machining (AKA wire & spark erosion and wire & die sink) is used to produce complex, very tight tolerance shapes and features which are difficult to produce using conventional machining techniques.
