METAFIL currently has an infrastructure of 03 manufacturing plants situated in Gurgaon ( Aprrox 20 Kms from our National capital Delhi) METAFIL started its operation is 1971 as METAL FABRICATOR and over the years has broadened its horizons by focusing on quality delivery, solutions approach, product development processes, flexible manufacturing systems and contract manufacturing. We are one of the first choice of our customers for Manufacturing of Precision sheet metal products and Tubular Assemblies with More than 25+ OEM s, Tier-1 Customer under various domains Such as : Filtration, Telecom, Railways, Bus Body, Robotics and Automotive etc. An ISO and ISO : 2015 certified Company. METAFIL is the dedication of 200 plus employees, who synergize to deliver quality results to the clients.

4 WHAT WE DO We have three operational manufacturing units, with fully equipped tool room, The first unit has a built up areas of 4500sq ft and is located on Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon while the other two units with 40,000sq ft between them is at IMT Manesar. We fabricate our products on CNC Lasertube, CNC Laser Sheet Cutting, CNC Turret Punching and CNC Press Brakes, which makes us very flexible in producing small or big lots with equal amount of ease. We also boast of our conventional setup of Power Presses and we also manufacture a number of small pressed components and accessories on them. We also have our own Powder Coating and HDG Plant. Metafil applies stringent quality checks at every stage of manufacturing, thus making its products totally flawless and in tune with the international standards. We manufacture, keeping in mind the minutest specifications of the buyer.
