If you are unsure on the fixings you require then we reommend that you onsult with your loal builders merhant or a knowledgeable DIY store. 7 8 Door BFOR YOU START PLAS RAD INSTRUCTIONS CARFULLY - Chek the pak and make sure you have all the parts listed. - When you are ready to start, make sure you have the right tools at hand (not supplied) inluding a Phillips driver, Stanley knife, wood saw, step ladder and drill with 2mm bit. - nsure there is plenty of spae and a lean dry area for assembly. TIMBR As with all natural materials, timber an be affeted during various weather onditions. For the duration of heavy or extended periods of rain, swelling of the wood panels may our. Warping of the wood may also our during exessive dry spells due to an interior moisture loss. Unfortunately, these proesses annot be avoided but an be helped. It is suggested that the outdoor building is sprayed with water during extended periods of warm sunshine and sheltered as muh as possible during rain or snow. x2 2mm Drill bit This building should be ereted by two people. For ease of assembly, it is advisable to pilot drill all holes and ensure all heads are ountersunk. To validate your guarantee and for better protetion against weathering it is SSNTIAL that you treat the garden building with a wood preserver within 3 months of assembly. This will need to be re-applied annually to ensure longevity of your building. Care must be taken when onstruting the garden building that it is not touhing the ground and is on a suitable base. For Assistane Please Contat Customer Care on BUILDING A BAS When thinking about where the building and base is going to be onstruted: nsure that there will be aess to all sides for maintenane work and annual treatment. TYPS OF BAS - Conrete 75mm laid on top of 75mm hard-ore. - Slabs laid on of sharp sand. nsure the base is level and is built on firm ground, to prevent distortion. Refer to diagrams for the base dimensions, The base should be slightly smaller than the external measurement of the building, i.e. the ladding should overlap the base, reating a run off for water. 2 Assembly Pre - Assemby 16 Before following the assembly instrutions, attath the door to the door gable using 7x30mm Srews for eah long hinge. Step 1 Lay the panel joists down as shown in the diagram on a firm and level base, ensure base has suitable drainage free from areas where standing water an ollet (see front page on base requirements). nsure the base is square and fix together with 2 x s per orner - pre drill to avoid splitting the timber. 14x30mm Srews To attath the small hinge to the door and door gable use 8x30mm Srews. 8 8x30mm Srews The Mortie Lok is Reversible Fit the mortie lok into the reess and fix in plae with the s provided. Fit the key plate to the opposite door using the s provided. 4x30mm Srews Step 2 Remove transportation bloks from the bottom of eah panel before beginning assembly. ah Panel should have two bloks. Fix the vertial and horizontal beading to the door gable. nsure that the beading sits flush with the bak of the door gable as shown in the detailed vew Step 3 Position the rear panel on the base, the frame sits onto the base with the ladding overlapping. Loate the side and rear panel frame to frame as in diagram and fix with 3 x s using fixing method A, pre drill to avoid splitting the timber. 11x30mm Srews 10 *Fix the building to the panel joists after the roof has been fitted, ensure the building is square and that the doors open and lose orretly. Fix with s per panel as shown in fixing method B.

3 Step 4 Fix the door gable using the same method shown in step 3. Step 6 Plae the opening window (7) and window blok (11) on top of the roof panel. Fix the window blok with 2 x s. 30mm blak 14 The door and rear panel are both interhangeable and an be positioned either end, Deide whih works best before assembly. (see 04GRCOM0808 assembly) 1 Plae the small hinge () as in diagram and fix with 30mm blak s. Position SD asement stay (14) onto the window, fix the stay and pins with 20mm s x s 16 x 30mm blak s 4 x 20mm blak s 5 Step 5 plae the left and right gable tops (5 & 6) onto the groove of eah side. Seure in plae using 3 x s per side. Pre drill holes first then fix s from the side gable up into the gable top as shown in fixing C. 6 Step 7 Slide the roof panel () on top of the building, the building may need moving around slightly to ensure the roof panels fit squarely. When you are happy that everything fits orretly fix the roof down with s as on diagram. It is advisable to pre drill all holes to avoid splitting the roof framing. 4 After fixing the roof panels to the building fix the building to the floor as desribed in step 3 9 x s 6 x s

4 04GRCOM0808-V1 Assembly Step 8 Requires 001MODP0804-V1 Fix the over strips to the indside of eah gable side using 3 x 40mm s. 40mm 9 6 x 40mm s Length mm Width mm Height - 21 Step 9 Fix the mortie lok handles (13) on either side of the door using 4x30mm blak s per handle, as shown in diagram Step 13 Follow the previous steps to assemble shed unit. nsure the large entre over trim has not been fitted (see step 10). Follow instrutions for 04LAN0804-V1 to assemble pent greenhouse unit up against the tall side of the Pent shed. 5 Step 13 Pre drill holes from the shed panel top (8) straight into the green house roof panel. Use 4x s. It is highly reommended that you should apply wood treatment immediately after the building has been assembled.
