4 STP 1 ttach the long rails () to the upper panels (), using JC M6 X 3 1/8 () and barrel nut (). Tighten with the llen wrench (I). JC M6 X 3 1/8 arrel Nut I llen wrench STP 2 Insert wooden dowel (C) to the locator holes will receive (C) as shown below. ttach the full guard rail (04) to the left, right end caps ()(), using llen screw (),Tighten with the llen wrench (I). 5 STP 3 Lay the twin slat kit () onto the bed. ix in place using wood screws provided in the slat kit box. OR SLT KIT SSMLY follow assembly instructions included with slat kit. Phillips head screwdriver STP 4 Install the full and 3/4 guard rail assemblies onto the long rails, and fix in place using wood screws (). 6 STP 5 ttach the long rails () to the lower panel (), using JC M6 X 3 1/8 (), and barrel nut (). Tighten with the llen wrench (I). JC M6 X 3 1/8 arrel Nut I llen wrench STP 6 Lay the twin slat kit () onto the bed. ix in place using wood screws provided in the slat kit box. 7 STP 7 Insert metal pins () into the holes in top of the lower panels. Lift the upper panels onto the lower panels as shown, and fit the metal pins into the holes in the bottom of the upper panel legs. Metal Pins CUTION! This step requires two strong people. STP 8 Lastly, install Clip on Ladder (09). Using wood screw () tighten with Philips head Screwdriver. UPPR LOWR Wood Screw 5/8" 09 Phillips head screwdriver WOOLN UNK TWIN-TWIN Congratulations! 8 CONVRSION TO 2 TWIN S. isassemble upper bunk by removing guard rails. lso remove metal pin from lower bunk. Metal Pin UPPR UNK LOWR UNK isassemble upper bunk by removing upper panel () and lower bunk by removing lower panel(). xchange upper panel to the lower panel position and Install hardware tighten with llen wrench.
