2 JOINERS & ASSEMBLY ACCESSORIES The AYRLITE Joiners & Assembly Accessories are an integral component of the AYRES Lightweight Panel Systems for MARINE applications. The system consists of several joiners and assembly accessories to suit 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 panels. Joiners & Assembly Accessories Applications FEATURES Aluminium alloy 6063 T5 Suits 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 panel thickness Standard joiner length is 16 or 4,900mm Clear anodized finish, 10µm thickness Door System FABRICATION AYRLITE honeycomb panels are assembled with joiners using polyurethane adhesive, e.g. Sikaflex 291 An AYRLITE Assembly & Fabrication Techniques DVD is available on request SAFTEY As with cutting operations on most materials, avoid inhalation and eye contact with machining dust. Wear protective equipment such as hearing protection and safety glasses during any cutting operations. Use machine guards. Wear gloves to avoid cuts.
