2 Online Product Page It s important to note that there are four important parts to a product page on our website. Ensuring these assets & content are complete, accurate & provided in a timely manner will help create a positive customer experience on site. Part 1: Online Title Part 2: Images Part 3: Product Description Part 4: Product Features
3 1. Online Title Definition: The Online Title is the customer-facing Product Name onsite. It determines how products result from Search & gives customers basic understanding of your product prior to visiting the product page. Online Titles should clearly & accurately describe the product, being as detailed as possible without being redundant. For assortment items with multiple UPC s/uid s, each Online Title must be unique & clearly call out the differentiating factor (color, style, character, piece count, etc). Character Count: Minimum 20 Maximum 120 Online Title Formulas 1. Primary Title Formula (items that do not meet criteria below): [Brand] [Theme/Style] [Type of Puzzle] - [# piece] Examples 1. Lang Seaside Cottage Jigsaw Puzzle 300 piece Star Wars You ll Find I m Full of Surprises Puzzle 100 piece 2. For Puzzle Sets or Multi-packs where all Puzzles have same Piece Count: [Brand] [Theme(s)] [# Pack] [Type of Puzzles] [# piece] 3. For Puzzle Sets or Multi-packs where all Puzzles do not have same Piece Count: [Brand] [Theme(s)] [# Pack] [Type of Puzzles] 2. 4 2. Images All UID images for the TRU/BRU websites MUST adhere to the specs below. Images not meeting all of these requirements will NOT be accepted. NOTE: Each product category has specific guidelines for required image shots and order, please refer to the appropriate category style guide for further direction. IMAGE COUNT COMPOSITION FORMAT RESOLUTION SIZE 1 Primary Out of Box image is required per UID this will be your main image onsite A secondary Packaged image & up to 3 Alternates may be added for a maximum of 5 images per UID Must be in focus, clear and professionally lit with the full product as the primary focus of the frame Preliminary mock-ups, renderings, logos or placeholders should not be added at UID level Use the maximum canvas area allowed either horizontally or vertically (minimize any whitespace) White or clear products must have a slight, right drop-shadow to make it visible against a pure, white background All elements included with your product should be shown in 1 of the images Main (primary) image for product must either be shown on a 25-degree angle (1/4 turn), facing to the right or shown straight-on when looking at the product on screen Straight-on cover art for main (primary) image of books, movies, music and software is acceptable Files should be in.jpg,.jpeg, or.png format Colorspace must be srgb (not CMYK) Minimum of 72 dpi Images should not be scaled up or pixelated Must be between a minimum of 1000x1000 pixels & a maximum of 3000x3000 pixels Images less than 1000 x 1000 will not be accepted BULK IMAGE UPLOADS Bulk image uploads can be executed in the portal (see training video here) or by ing ECM.AssetDelivery@toysrus.com Image files must be named according to the appropriate [UID].zoom.jpg naming convention (see next slide for examples)

Images - continued IMAGE #1 Primary (UID.zoom.jpg) Product clearly showing artwork/theme on a pure, white background. *Dimensional or floor puzzles may be shown assembled, outside of packaging Cover art/imagery shown straight-on is acceptable. Boxed images must be straight-on or on a slight angle, facing to the right. IMAGES #2-5 (UID.pt01.zoom.jpg, UID.pt02.zoom.jpg, UID.pt03.zoom.jpg, UID.pt04.zoom.jpg) Product shown with model or in a lifestyle setting to show size/scale. Zoomed- in image focusing on product detail or artwork. Image displaying pieces mid-assembly. Each image MUST be unique and meaningful to the customer. Images with only slight variances will be treated as duplicates and will not be accepted.
6 3. Online Long Description Definition: The Online Long Description is the customer-facing description displayed on the product detail page. It should include detailed product information, including uses, features, benefits, and/or advertising copy related to the product. Character Count: Minimum 120 Maximum 2000 Script Product Overview Three to five sentences of advertising/romance copy. (Be sure to point out if the item is exclusive to Toys R Us.) Example Check out this 100 Piece, Glow in the Dark T-Rex, Ceaco Jigsaw Puzzle! Put together this scary image of one of the most ferocious dinosaurs in prehistoric times that is a lot of teeth and some very big claws! Once you are done have some fun when you see your puzzle glow in the dark! It's double the fun. The [insert online title] features: (List must include 3-5 features. Info in this section can include:) Piece Count Design/theme features Play Type/Skill Development (when applicable) Product Materials if significant (ex: sustainable wood, foam) Assembled dimensions if significant (ex: giant floor puzzle is nearly 4 feet long) Include any necessary safety warnings or precautions. Vendor information - This blurb has been curated by our internal team and will be added as necessary. (No action is needed by vendor.) Information in the Product Features should be different from the info given in the Online Long Description. Character Count: Maximum of 200 characters per feature Relevant Features A. Piece Count B. Imagery, Art or Character Information (if applicable) G. Product Awards (if applicable) H.
