2 ROWAN TREE A Coworking + Cogrowth Woman-Focused Community Rowan Tree offers a wonderful venue for an evening or weekend event! With its high ceilings, reclaimed wood, tailored metal work, twinkle lights, and touches of bold color throughout, it is transformed into a warm space full of character. We have a large open area where guests can connect, sit and watch a presentation, or just dance. From our mezzanine, guests can enjoy the view and mingle. We also have a bonus yoga/open space where guests where guests can spill over or you can use to run a fun creative or physical activity. We offer a top-of-the line displays and a great sound system for music, speeches, and videos. Whether you are hosting a party, an educational event, fundraiser, a movie screening, or another type of event, our Rowan Tree House is an awesome space that no one will forget!* Why Rowan Tree? 3 THE NEST SMALL MEETING ROOM: Capacity 3-4 This cozy room is right outside the action. Great for small groups, 1:1 meetings, or private phone calls. NOTE: This room does not include a separate conference phone, viewing screen or whiteboard. Hourly rate: $30 Full day rate (10 hours): $190 THE NEST

4 THE TUCKAWAY MEDIUM MEETING ROOM: Capacity 7-10; 5 around the conference table, up to 5 additional chairs placed around the room. This room is tucked away in the back corner, enclosed in reclaimed wood and glass. It is soundproof and a great place to get away and brainstorm. This room offers a conference phone and TV monitor for meetings or training sessions. The room also features a large white board to capture creative brainstorming. 5 THE LOFT MEDIUM MEETING ROOM: Capacity 6-12; 6 around the conference table, up to 6 additional chairs placed around the room. This room is on the second floor, glass enclosed, and overlooks the Rowan Tree community. This room offers a conference phone and TV monitor for presentations or trainings. The room also features a large white board to capture creative brainstorming. Hourly rate: $50 Full day rate (10 hours): $325 NOTE: Glass enclosure to be completed early There is a short flight of stairs to access this room. WHITEBOARD THE LOFT

6 THE PLAY SPACE LARGE MEETING ROOM: Capacity open space; Approximately up to 20 yoga mats. This room is a great open space for yoga, equipment-free exercise activities, active team building events, or a fun creative event (think mosaic or paint night). NOTE: This room is an open area parallel to the coworking space so Rowan Tree members may be coworking near by. 7 THE ROWAN TREEHOUSE LARGE EVENT SPACE: Capacity ; the main area will support approximately 15 seated at tables, 40 seated in chairs only, larger events over 40 people are best for a mix of sitting and standing guests. We have a large space where guests can connect, sit and watch a presentation, or just mingle. Or from our mezzanine, guests can enjoy the view and have fun from above. We also have a secondary space on the other side of our main event space where guests can spill over or you can use this space to run a fun creative or physical activity.
