In February, PCGS conducted the first Long Beach coin grading class, PCGS Coin Grading 101. For this show we have doubled the space to accommodate the growing number of enthusiasts and are excited to bring a second round of Grading 101 and the new Grading 102 class to you. Lead by top experts David Hall, Ron Guth, and Mike Sherman, PCGS is once again inviting you to dive deep into the world of coin grading and gain valuable tools that will enrich your understanding of the grading process. The courses, Coin Grading 101, Introduction to Grading: Circulated and Mint State Coins, and Coin Grading 102, Advanced Grading Techniques: Qualifiers, Proof Coins and High Grade Moderns, will both be offered on Saturday. Pre-registration is required so please visit PCGS Booth 807 to register. Attention all sports fans! Ah sports collectibles how much fun do you want to have? Here s what we have for you. Our Sports Section, located in the rows, features some of the top sports memorabilia dealers in the country. Take a walk down memory lane and see the treasures these top dealers have brought for you. Our Saturday autograph signing features three Hall of Famers. One of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time the one and only Joe Montana and speaking of one and only Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman...and lastly, one of the NBA s all-time greats, Oscar Robertson. 4 The incredible Long Beach Rarities Display. Our Collectibles Display section is located at Booth 828. Each show we display ultra-rarities for your viewing enjoyment. This Long Beach we are displaying the Missouri Cabinet half cent collection the greatest 1793 to 1857 half cent collection ever assembled. We also have two remarkable German coin collections that are of highest rank on the PCGS Set Registry. TM Labeled as The CoinKing Collection, this display will include the 25 Pfennig Basic Set, Proofs from 1909 to 1912 along with a German 5 Mark Commemorative Proof Set ( ). For the trading card enthusiast, we have a truly incredible set of cards a complete set of 1959 Nu-Card Rock & Roll Stars, displayed for the first time ever! This 64-card set is ranked number one in its category on the PSA Set Registry TM and features rare releases for legends like Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Annette Funicello. For the kids. We truly want this to be an experience that collectors of all ages can enjoy. Young collectors are encouraged to take part in our free Young Numismatists Treasure Hunt on Saturday.
