2 I never get over the excitement of looking at a brand-new Stampin Up! catalog, fresh from the printer. And this year s occasions catalog has so many fun, new products that it s hard to know where to look first! The great birthday selection really caught my eye. Some of you may know that thanks to my grandmother I m a birthday person. She used to say: Forget Mother s Day, forget my Christmas present but never forget my birthday! So maybe that s why birthday cards and gift boxes are so important to me. In her own way, my grandmother taught me that everyone wants to be remembered on their special day. And what better way to do that than by making something handmade from the heart? When you create something and give it away, it s like giving a little of yourself.
