1 1A Standard Negative Voltage Regulator 1A Standard Negative Voltage Regulator General The series is three terminal standard negative voltage regulator designed for a wide range of applications that required supply current up to 1A. The series is available in 11 fixed output voltage: -5V, -6V, -7V, -8V, -9V, -12V, -15V, -18V, -20V and -24V. D-PAK (TO-252) The series provides internal current limiting, thermal shut-down and safe-area protection which make it essentially indestructible. The series is available in TO-252, TO-220F packages.. If aluminum electrolytic is used, at least 10 times value shown should be selected. CI is required if regulator is located an appreciate distance from power supply filter. 3.
