The device can control signals from 2-22 MHz* and is especially suited for cellular booster, PMR and automotive telematic applications. The design provides exceptional P.1dB of +4 and + IIP3 on the Transmit (Tx) port. The failsafe topology allows the switch to provide a low loss path from, when no DC power is available.
