7 NPN4PDG TAPE INFORMATION There are two types (-E, -E) of taping depending on the direction of the device. MARKING INFORMATION RECOMMENDED SOLDERING CONDITIONS The NPN4PDG should be soldered and mounted under the following recommended conditions.
