2 Centralised Material Conveying EASY 2 SYSTEM Easy 2 System is an advanced management system for centralised materials conveying. Easy 2 System logic integrates all functions and controls all components of a transport system. Outdoor storage silos, indoor silos, manual or automatic material distribution stations, vacuum pumps and receivers can all be managed by Easy 2 System logic. Centralised material transport Easy 2 System The control allows for a gradual upgrading of the system depending on the expansion requirement. In due time, it is possible to install in the system storage silos, automatic or manual material distribution stations (with or without decoder) and material receivers. Easy 2 System allows to manage from just one keypad various combinations of the following elements: up to 8 outdoor silos, small indoor silos or drying hoppers up to 4 automatic distribution stations 1 manual distribution station with decoder up to 4 selection systems with diverting valves up to 47 material receivers up to 8 vacuum conveying systems Easy 2 is suitable for managing systems of various kinds and sizes thanks to its exceptional versatility and its distributed logic. Each component in the system is equipped with a control logic that manages local functions and communicates with a remote control station.

3 Easy 2 System Outdoor silos For each silo, it is possible to manage the maximum, intermediate, minimum and empty level sensors. It is also possible to manage the continuous sensor or load cells. For each silo, Easy 2 logic controls the pipe cleaning valve, the deviation valve for silo selection and the discharge filter pressure switch for conveyed air. Vacuum pumps Easy 2 System can control up to 8 conveying systems from one keypad. Easy 2 System vacuum pumps require reduced footprint. Each vacuum unit is equipped with a cyclonic dust filter with a filter cartridge to separate and collect dust to protect the vacuum pumps. Outdoor silos Material receivers An Easy 2 plant can manage up to 47 material receivers using just one keypad. Each receiver communicates with the keypad through a serial line. The material conveying logic is FIFO (First In First Out): the first receiver to signal the need of material is the first receiver to be loaded. 4 Automatic material distribution station Automatic material distribution station The automatic material distribution station is another key component managed by Easy 2 System. Easy 2 logic allows the management of up to four automatic material distribution stations from one keypad. The Easy 2 automatic material distribution station can rotate in both directions and choose the shortest route to select the next material. With four automatic material distribution stations, it is possible to convey 41 materials to 41 receivers. Manual material distribution station with decoder Easy 2 can manage a manual material distribution station with decoder providing up to 120 materials lines to 47 receivers. Manual material distribution stations Easy 2 System control keypad The keypad is the heart of Easy 2 System. The various elements of the system communicate with the keypad and receive instructions from it. The keypad is fitted with an illuminated graphic display with 8 rows and 20 columns. All the parameters of one material receiver can be seen on the display screen. Easy 2 System keypad

The power supply and serial line are incorporated in just the one cable, it is not necessary to have a separate power cable for each receiver.
