1 TESTING & SORTING Automatic Capacitor Testing System Model AE 1000RD Features Designed to perform DC short clearing by applying upto 5000V DC gradually under different stations, followed by measuring the capacitance & tan d value of the core type sprayed capacitor elements and sort them into Good or Retest bins with respect to multiple test results. Element size - length - From 30 to 150mm, Diameter - From 20 to 86mm Automatic feeding of elements through vibrator bowl feeder & motorized conveyor. Adjustable vibrator feed rate with respect to element dimension 20 numbers of stations built for pre DC short clearing, high voltage DC short clearing, capacitance and tan d Value measurement and sorting Standard clamping jaws to handle entire range of capacitors from length 30 to 150mm & diameter from 20 to 86mm Rotary indexing table arranged with clamping jaws is driven by high torque AC motor & drive with inline gearbox. CAM mechanism with sensors for convenient adjustment of indexing time and accurate positioning at each testing stations. 4 terminal kelvin type contacts for accurate measurement of capacitance & tan d value. Precision measuring equipment for capacitance and tan-d measurement ensuring high standard of testing for every test parameter Automatic sorting of elements as Good and Retest. Soft ejection of elements onto the motorized conveyor to maintain quality of elements. Very less power consumption with the incorporation of regenerative charge discharge voltage method for testing of element. Custom built machine with optional usage - Either can be used as stand alone machine or can be used as integrated machine with Automatic core reaming & surface cleaning machine in production line. User friendly colour touch panel along with program memory(100 programs storing facility) and with bin status, graphical representation of capacitance & tan d deviation and test report of last 800 components.
