Due to identical process parameters, we guarantee a seamless scale-up to the IKA production plants. The IKA magic PLANT is a laboratory-scale process plant used for batch and inline operations. It is used for mixing and dispersing liquids as well as solids with liquids, for wet milling, for dissolution processes, and for processing dry materials. As a global company with over 100 years of experience, we are experts in process technologies used in the cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries. 7 Everything at a glance /// Additional possible designs IKA Plant /// Industrial production-scale plant With the process plant Master Plant MP and the Standard Production Plant SPP, IKA offers compact solutions for the manufacture of high quality emulsions and suspensions in a batch process. They are available for volumes ranging from 10 4,000 liters. The heart of both plants is the DBI dispersing machine which directly draws solid and liquid ingredients into the dispersing chamber. The DBI recirculates the product by means of a recirculation loop. GLASS VESSEL The double-jacketed glass vessel allows you to keep an eye on the process and is fitted with temperature controls. FUNNELS AND SPECIAL VALVES FOR THE MAGIC PLANT INLINE Funnels and valves for liquids and solids for direct feeding of additives into the dispersion chamber of the magic LAB. MP 1000 SPP
