3 EXHIBITION MANUAL BMW ACCESSORIES. INTRODUCTION/COMMENTS. Modular, flexible and individual whether as a small sales space, effective promotional stand or for a professional exhibition image, mobile exhibition modules represent the optimal solution for a straightforward advertising space. Modular exhibition stands feature the following characteristics: Easy to transport Simple to build Can be expanded as desired In this presentation you ll find examples for mobile, topic-specific exhibition systems specially developed for BMW Accessories. From small and medium to extra large, this presentation shows different suggestions for a whole host of exhibition stands with various purposes. Please bear in mind that these are only suggestions and can, of course, be adapted and adjusted to meet your specific needs. The production costs are only approximate estimations, and are invoiced based on receipts. Page 3

4 EXHIBITION MANUAL BMW ACCESSORIES. ORDER PROCESS. The exhibition modules can be ordered individually from the Media Ordering System ( under BMW Communication/Aftersales. The order process begins when selected items are placed in the basket, and is confirmed when you click on the Order now button. Once the order has been placed, a Service Factory employee will contact you to coordinate the subsequent production process with you. As standard, a data sheet will be sent to you featuring all the important information about generating your own print file and uploading data. Once you ve generated and sent your individual print data, it will be checked for corporate identity compliance and printability to ensure the optimal production result. A handling fee of 400 will be charged for each piece of advertising. The Service Factory would also be happy to assume full responsibility for data generation on your behalf, based on your specific desires. The corresponding costs will be invoiced based on the amount of work involved. Page 4
